Let's buy the Carpana mill!

It's official! We have decided to live in the Apennines.

In the past few months, after the former Bardi mill, a little discouraged by the economic request, we dedicated ourselves to other visits of properties in the area: all beautiful proposals but, for us, always with some "imperfection" that stopped us from continuing in one direction or another.

We continued to make comparisons, to look at photographs of the former mill and we realized more and more how the mix of rurality and elegance of this structure was truly unique and fascinating.

Phone calls, meetings, proposals, negotiations, requests... intense weeks that led, in the end, to an agreement that would satisfy both parties.

Thanks to our week's holiday in Tiedoli, we arrived just before mid-August to present our financial offer and make it official with an initial small monetary commitment.

We couldn't celebrate without a spritz in the company of GC in Borgotaro.
