The signing of the compromise

Wake up very early! With sister Giuly in tow, we set off for our beloved Emilia!

The day promises to be eventful.

Stop n.01 : Parma city centre . We have an appointment at the Provincial offices to ask for some information about our future working life in "Verdi's land".

Step 2: signing the compromise. A check of some importance is written; not so much economic, but emotional. A few more words are exchanged with the current owners, who reluctantly leave the jewel with which they too, years before, had fallen in love.

Stage no. 03: inspection with most of the family in tow and with the now trusted architect EM who, equipped with a camera, captures in an unforgettable "selfie" the delivery of the keys, which Stefano proudly holds in his hand.

The mill is getting closer and so is our dream of a bed & breakfast on the Ceno River!
